The fund was established on 15 November 1999 under the name ODIN Templeton Global SMB. ODIN took over the management of the fund on 12 June 2007, and the fund is managed by Jarl Ulvin, Oddbjørn Dybvad and Vegard Søraunet, with Dybvad and Søraunet as responsible managers. ODIN Global SMB freely invests in small and medium-sized limited liability companies throughout the world. The company size criterion shall correspond to the definition of small and medium sized companies applied by the reference index at the time of the investment. The long-term aim of the fund is to give a higher return than the global equity market. (reference index: MSCI World Net Small Cap Index).
