The change has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Kredittillsynet) and will be effective as of 6 March 2008.

The amendment of the Articles of Association for the captioned funds imply new cut-off time for ODIN Maritim, ODIN Offshore, ODIN Global and ODIN Global SMB set to 3.00 p.m. (GMT+1) the day prior to the unit value calculation. With regard to ODIN’s other securities funds there is no change in today’s routines and the cut-off time is set to 12.00 (noon) (GMT+1) in order to receive unit value calculation the same day.

All ODIN’s securities funds require, as previously, that deposit of monies together with necessary information has been duly received in order for a request for subscription to be processed. With regard to ODIN Maritim, ODIN Offshore, ODIN Global and ODIN Global SMB the unit value calculation is made the day after the deposit of monies together with necessary information has been duly received.
